The experience of Hall of Fame 9 has now come to an end. With resuming of classes, people are going to their next class still feeling the honeymoon effect of Hall of Fame 9. If you could describe the level of enthusiasm and energy that pulsated through everyone who attended the event, you could easily say it was off the charts. For the Dragon Ball Z fans “It was over 9000” from the first two days before launching HOF till the last day student after party. Everyone was jovial and truly enjoyed the spectacle that is Hall of Fame 9.

For any first timers, Hall of Fame came as an overwhelming event, from the long lines to number of sessions and number of panelists, were too much for some to handle and choose from. With the help of the Survival Guide designed by Media Communications Bachelors of Science (MCBS) Student Design Team, both newcomers and experienced students could enjoy the festivities much better. Inside the survival guide was a map of the campus, general overview of the big events, Interactive Creative Challenges page that listed all the games and other activities, the HOF 9 Inductees, list of the food trucks that were in attendance, and helpful hints on how to navigate through HOF 9.

Downloading the Full Sail Events application also was a great help in letting you know the who, what, when and where certain panels or events were taking place. When you used the Survival Guide in tandem with the app you could not go wrong.

People described Hall of Fame like Spirit Week/Homecoming for a school with no athletic sports team. That is a fair assessment if you were trying to describe HOF 9 to people that does not attend Full Sail University. It is an experience that a person cannot easily forget. You get out what you put into the experience.
