Mama's Fixin's: The Home Away From Home

Everybody misses their Mom's home cooked meals when they go away to college. At least, I sure do! This is Mama's third year back at Hall of Fame, and better than ever! You can choose from barbeque, fried chicken, mac n' cheese, and so much more!
The owner, Kimberly Abrams-Parson said, "One thing I always want my customers to know is that I make my food with love, and I want them to taste the love. I want them to know we love what we do!
This business all started in her kitchen, with the help of her family and friends, she was encouraged to start a business. Now, she is catering events, festivals, church receptions, and more!
Today, I tried their signature dish: Mama's Fried Chicken. All their entrees are served with fries or substitute for mac n' cheese, or coleslaw for about 2 extra bucks! I just went with the normal, and got my fried chicken with french fries, and it was the best food truck I've tried yet! You have to come check it out, the fries are perfectly salted with a nice crisp, and the chicken is juicy as ever!
