Another year at Hall of Fame this food truck stands bright and vibrant. “Returning for their fourth year, business cannot get any better”, said the owners Mr. and Mrs. Macalalad, who will always gladly be waiting to welcome you and your hunger needs at the Hall of Fame.

This husband and wife duo are on the go and loving the food truck life. Clarito and Bonnie work side by side each day as a team, making it clear to each other that they are both the boss in this business. The Curbside Chef was an idea the couple came to truce about when speaking on making money, but also saving at the same time. Clarito fires up the stove while Bonnie welcomes you and takes your orders. The thought of going to work with your significant other and coming home with them is what motivates this couple the most. This is their Drive!

The Curbside Chef menu consists of several different cultures and flavors. Their wide selection will definitely make one think for a long while before choosing what they want! The line in front of the truck grew swiftly as I stood to interview Mr. Macalalad and before long, I had to cut my interview short to let the chef get back to business. However, before letting him slip away, I had to ask what the most popular dish on his menu was. He stopped and smiled before answering, then replied the Fili-Rito, which he described as a Filipino burrito made with Chicken Adobo.
