The party has just began and everyone is getting into their Hall of Fame schedules, but even a busy schedule cannot distract people from the food trucks parked across the campus parking lot. People are compelled to stop by the amazing food trucks and one of those tempting food trucks is the Naked Cupcakes!
Upon close inspection of this cupcake truck, we learned that this truck doesn’t only come with sweet goodness but also an amazing story. This one year old cupcake truck was started by Sandra Shorter, a school teacher. Sandra, who had a passion for baking, made it very clear that she did not want a storefront, therefore, she was drawn towards the food truck business and fell in love. She is also always into experimenting with different flavors when it came to her cupcakes. This fast paced adventure she started is her motivation and her Drive!

Today, the Naked Cupcake truck featured seven different flavors on its menu ranging from Strawberry delight to Death by chocolate. The cupcake comes with a choice of leaving your cupcake naked or dressing it up. Not only did they give a selection of toppings that can be added to your naked cupcake, they dress your cupcake right in front of your eyes; so you can even witness the cupcake getting a makeover! Shorter said that the flavors on display were specially picked for the Hall of Fame week. The cupcake stylist also revealed a little secret to us, that the menu never stays the same for any event hosted.
I can’t speak for everyone but it made me feel pretty special! If you haven’t had a chance to satisfy your sweet tooth this week, Naked Cupcake should be the perfect stop for you! This fun and unique food truck will definitely give you the turbo boost needed for Hall of Fame catch up!
