The Power of the Tech Expo

mcbshof

I’m a huge gamer and tech nerd, so the tech convention was an interesting experience for me, to say the least. I spoke to many different companies, each with their own story to share. Here are three different companies working with Full Sail that really made an impact on me.

Shure is a 95-year-old company who leads in the world of microphones, headphones, and earphones. They have the most reliable wireless audio systems in the world and are used at every major event you can think of. The Grammys, the Billboard Awards, you name it.

This is Shure’s second year at Hall of Fame! They are very excited to be here again and very enthusiastic to talk about their products.

Full Sail Live events that are hosted in the Fortress and around campus use their systems for all audio purposes.

2. MSI

MSI is really well-known, especially around the gaming community. They started out making motherboards and eventually moved to gaming computers, which is what they are mostly known for now.

They entered into a partnership with Full Sail last year. This is MSI’s first Hall of Fame!

Full Sail has a large number of gaming computers on campus used by Team Armada, and for other gaming purposes (game beta tests, etc.) that are all actually MSI computers.

Adobe is a HUGE company who has created many different forms of multimedia and creator products ( Photoshop, Audition, InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom, you know the cloud).

Adobe has been a part of Full Sail since day one. They have been to every Hall of Fame so far.

Adobe is EVERYWHERE in Full Sail. ALL students have Adobe’s products installed on their laptops. It’s used every day in every program in different ways. From graphic design to audio production, you can bet there’s an Adobe application running.
