While we were out walking around the Creative Xperience we ran into two Media Communications graduates Lauren Reid and Gustavo Beherns.
Leyton Blackwell: Since you graduated what are you doing this year at Hall of Fame?
Lauren Reid: This year at hall of Fame I am trying to take advantage of panels and stuff which I couldn’t do last year, because I was on the production team. I am also helping Connor with his project so I am working as a media person walking around and getting footage and stuff. It is just really cool to be back and see everyone from MCBS which is what I am most happy about.
Gustavo Beherns: Ever since I’ve graduated I have been going around trying to get gigs and stuff. So, this year at Hall of Fame I want to go around to panels and stuff which I did not get to do last year because we were working and stuff, which was ok, but this year I want to just get knowledge from people working in the industry. I also want to help friends in MCBS with their projects and stuff.
Leyton Blackwell: Out of all the Hall of Fame you have attended how is this one different?
Lauren Reid: This one is very very different because everything is very much on my own agenda and nobody is telling me to do anything because I am not a student, but I do really miss being a Hall of Fame student even though it is a lot of work but it is fun. I do like experiencing Hall of Fame in a different way that I haven’t before.
Gustavo Beherns: I think Full Sail already knows what to do during Hall of Fame. It seemed like before it seemed like a process and they would try new things, but right now they still try things but have a list of things that they know the students will like. I think it’s a huge improvement and really fun.
